KANA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Products for personal or internal use in accordance with these Terms.
- You may use KANA for lawful purposes only.
- You may not resell KANA Products unless we agree in writing.
- You may share links to KANA and recommend Products, as long as you do not misrepresent what they do.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use KANA for illegal activity, fraud, or harm.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with protective features.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law.
- Upload malware, spam, or anything that disrupts services.
- Use KANA in a way that violates the rights of others.
5. Accounts
Some Products may not require accounts. If an account is offered in future:
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information if requested.
6. Products & updates
We may change, update, add, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue a Product, in full or in part.
Some Products (like browser extensions) may rely on browser stores and their policies, which can affect availability.

KANA may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example: browser extension stores, payment links, or embedded video content). Those services are controlled by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

KANA Products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANA and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KANA from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Products or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Products if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or harm.
You may stop using KANA at any time. If you uninstall an extension, any locally stored settings may remain until you clear browser data.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless applicable consumer laws in your location require otherwise.
